Nokia N81

The Nokia N81 is a very powerful multimedia device, it is a really nicely designed slide phone that’s chunky and heavier than the N95, but slightly slimmer. Also, although this is a slider format phone, which means the number pad is hidden away until it is needed, the front of the phone is overburdened with buttons. This is a fairly large and heavy mobile at 102mm tall, 50mm wide, 17.9mm thick and 140g.

The Nokia N81 is a high capable 3G phone which comes with easy to use features & built in technologies. The large color screen takes up most of the front of the handset when closed. The screen is crisp and shows vibrant colors so good for viewing photos, playing games or viewing videos.

Speaking of making calls; voice quality is excellent. You can transfer tracks to the phone via the micro USB socket on the bottom and thanks to the mammoth 8GB of onboard memory, there’s plenty of space for storing your music.

The phone’s connectivity is also great. It has Wi-Fi as well as Bluetooth and also supports HSDPA for high speed 3G downloads. As you would expect from a Nokia phone, the call quality was first rate and the reception was also strong.

The 2-megapixel unit lacks autofocus or macro modes, and shoots only average quality images. Other features that are crammed into this solid and hefty unit are video calling, Nokia map applications and wireless GPS.

Gaming wise, the phone is able to use the new N-Gage offering from Nokia as part of its Ovi internet offering. Games can be played either vertical or in landscape mode, allowing users to benefit from the 2.4-inch screen, which as per our first look, is bright and crisp with plenty of detail.

Nokia N76

Nokia N76 will fascinate you! Not only will you fancy its slim clamshell body, but you will also like its rich functional portfolio based on Symbian S60.

I think that Nokia N76 is a good deal and one of the best Nokia phones. First of all it is attractive, it’s a slim design in clamshell phone.

In dimensional aspect Nokia N76 is an above-average clamshell. It is bigger than common phones (106.5 x 52 mm), but also extremely slim - its thickness is mere 13.7 mm. The phone weighs 115 grams.

Nokia N76 keys don’t feature touch separators, which inevitable leads to frequent typing errors. Tactile feedback is not positive, either.

The heart of Nokia N76 is its Symbian 9.2 OS. Nokia N76 has a 2 megapixel camera (maximum image size is 1600 x 1200 pixels). Nokia N76 makes pictures of average quality.

The camera has difficulties with high contrast areas and doesn’t deal well with macro images.

It also offers a great music player manageable through external keys and thus controllable even with a closed phone. The player works with MP3, AAC, eAAC, eAAC+, and WMA formats.

The idea is that Nokia N76 combines in a balanced way functionality with the design.

Nokia 8600

The smooth features and rounded corners make the exclusive Nokia 8600 one of the most desirable fashion phones on the market.

The cell phone measures about 107×45x15.9 mm and weighs just below 140 grams.

The 8600 manages to look more sophisticated than the Sirocco - it’s a more futuristic appearance with less bling.

Cell phone main body is made up of stainless steel so there is no reason not to call it LUNA. Nokia 8600 has got an awesome QVGA display which can show 16 million colors at a resolution of 240×320. The smoked glass cover looks suitably mysterious, but you can access many of the phone’s functions using the exposed exterior buttons even with the phone closed.

LUNA 2 mega-pixel camera doesn’t represent Nokia standards but still works well with still photos.. Digital zoom is up to 8x. There’s a music player and an FM radio too, which is nice.

The cell phone comes with 128MB of built in memory. The 8600 is compatible with an (optional) Bluetooth wireless headset.

Usefully it’s a quadband phone, so you can use it anywhere in the world, and battery life is reasonable. There is also a 2.5mm audio jack.

The handset uses Li-Pol 900 mAh battery (BP-5M) which makes it running for 10 days on standby and 5 to 7 hours while talking continuously.

Green Tea

The origin of green tea is China but it has become associated with many cultures in Asia . It is made with the leaves of Camellia sinensis that has undergone minimal oxidation during processing.

Green tea is effective in weight loss, inflamed bladder cells can be protected by the use of green tea and it offers so much more health benefits.

So, what’s in green tea that’s so good?

Apparently it’s the fact that green tea is high in an anti-oxidant known as “epigallocatechin gallate” , or EGCG for short.

Clinical tests show that EGCG not only inhibits the growth of new cancer cells, but it kills some existing cancer cells without harming normal cells. EGCG also reportedly inhibits the unnatural formation of blood clots which have been known to cause thrombosis, one of the leading causes of heart attacks and stroke.

If you want to lose weight I am going to give you some tips to lose weight in a healthy way:

Green tea is a metabolism booster, so drink a cup of green tea each morning.

But don’t drink coffee. I really mean it!! You also have to eat regular meals, another very important thing is not to skip meals! It’s better to eat less and more often than the contrary.

Another important meal that you shouldn’t skip is breakfast. In fact this is the most important.

And after all the most important thing is your health; so it’s much better to lose weight in time, just as you gained it, but in a healthy way, than to lose it very fast. First of all because it won’t last and you can imagine that it isn’t that healthy! So what do you choose between a “beautiful” body and a healthy one?!

This is a blog which i have specially designed for those who want to lose some weight.I am trying tp provide you exercises, diets and eating programs which have worked around the world, so you can choose what fits you best.Today I am going to present you 7 funny tips for your free time:

Tip #1: Play tag on the playground. This is a fun activity for losing weight, especially if you have your own kids to chase. Running, climbing, squatting and laughing are great ways to burn calories and reach your fitness goals.

Tip #2: Challenge a friend to a game. Whether its basketball, tennis or soccer, you’ll have fun burning calories while participating in a little friendly competition.

Tip #3: Pack your favorite healthy foods in a picnic basket and head to the park or the beach. Being outside, getting fresh air and eating healthy foods will make you feel great. For a bonus, follow your picnic with a walk, swim or bike ride.

Tip #4: Join a Volksmarching Club to view new and interesting surroundings while walking with a group on a 10K route. Destinations are easily to think of and normally they should be places you wouldn’t normally see on a walk through your own neighborhood. Trainging for the 10K walk will also keep you motivated to exercise and lose weight.

Tip #5: Turn up the radio or put on an upbeat CD and dance. Dancing is a fun way to get active and lose weight. By listening to the music that you like, motivates you to go on with your plan.

Tip #6: Enjoy activities you haven’t thought about since childhood. Jump a fence, play on a trampoline or ride a bike. Giving into your inner child can be exciting and rejuvenating. If there are some things you can’t quite do, keep working out and retest yourself in a few months. When you do succeed at these activities you will feel empowered just like when you were a child.

Tip #7: Take a hike. Geocaching turns an ordinary hike into a treasure hunt. Finding these hidden treasures adds another purpose to hiking and takes your focus away from the exercise. Before you know it, you’ve walked several hours and burned twice as many calories as you would have at home on the treadmill.

Today weight loss is one of the most difficult things for people to do in our society. Mostly because of our busy daily program, the high calorie fast foods and our sedentary work. Obesity is an epidemic causing so many health problems that are otherwise preventable. Lots of people can achieve some weight loss but very few, ever keep it off and change their lifestyle permanently. So in order to keep the weight off and make the necessary changes in your life you have to follow a healthy way of losing weight. I am going to give you some very easy and (very important) healthy weight loss tips. Firstly you have to be always aware of why you are eating, this is the body awareness, you have to be tuned into your body and you have to know how it works. Exercise is the key, you have to exercise at least 40 minutes 4-5 times per week.

This is a time in our society where health and fitness is becoming a neglected part of our lives and causing many physical problems. The key for a healthy weight loss is to find a gym program that meets your needs and personal capabilities, and that you enjoy. As this problem of losing weight seriously affects our psychic, it is very important to see the person inside the body even if no other people seem to and to know the subconscious benefits of being heavier than you like. You have to be really realistic about your body image and your weight. You have to know your calorie number in versus with your calorie out ratio. The golden rule of a healthy weight loss is never to use supplemental aids to help you lose weight. After all, the most important thing is that you have to be fully aware of the importance of health versus a spectacular look. If you have neglected your body for a period of time and you are now dealing with some overweight problems you must realize that in order to achieve your goal in a healthy and therefore successful way you have to have patience.

Think like this; for each day that passed without making any kind of physical exercise you have to exercise two in order to retrieve the lost days and the unburned calories.

You want to lose weight and you are tired of the same old diets that don’t work.Weight loss and dieting is a very sensible subject, because in order to really find the best weight loss program you just have to go to the right place. There are many weight loss and diet programs, but only some loss programs are designed to help you lose the weight and actually keep the weight off.The best advice I can give you is to follow a weight loss training program. The fundamental principles of weight training are simple. A good start is to hire an experienced certified personal trainer. You have to understand the movement and the purpose of each exercise. You have to make sure that with each exercise you understand which muscles you are training. You just have to feel them work. The movements don’t have to be performed to quickly. You must be in complete control of the weight throughout the entire exercise. You have to work your muscles not fully challenging them. You should be training to develop full-body, functional strength and conditioning. Additionally, most people are concerned with burning calories and losing weight. This is done by emphasizing basic, compound exercises. These are the ones that work the body’s largest muscle groups in conjunction with one another.Beginners use too little weight and then, if they are bold, progress to using weights that are too heavy. The definition of the correct weight is one that challenges you to work very hard on the last repetition of your exercise but allows you to do so in perfect form. If the weight is too light you will not overload the muscle sufficiently to stimulate growth. If the weight is too heavy you will cheat, swinging and swaying and allowing inertia to do the work for you. After all one of the most important things is that you have to be aware of the fact that all good things are earned and take time. It is very important for you not to skip workouts, because persistence is the key to success.

To lose weight and maintain your ideal weight, requires a habitual program of realistic and achievable behavior modifications to reshape the way you live your life. You can’t lose weight overnight, and not without a concerted and determined effort on your part.

The reward, however, is that in the process of losing that belly fat you’ll be slimming down proportionately along every part of your body.

Now one of the secrets of losing weight is right under your nose every day of your life. You are already using it, it is essential for your life and furthermore it is also essential for losing weight. I am talking about water..yes drinking water in the right amount can definitely be very effective in your weight loss process.

Proper hydration is paramount to losing weight and keeping it off. Though as simple as it may sound the reality and the bad thing is that most of us are not properly hydrated. So if you ever felt like you are having a low energy, trouble thinking and focusing, frequent illness or excess weight and you really couldn’t find the reason it is very possible that you are in a perpetually dehydrated state . This is because drinking water only when you are thirsty doesn’t mean that it is enough for your body, furthermore waiting for the thirsty feeling your body is already dehydrated at that point, so you should drink water and never arrive to the thirst.

Water is responsible for helping rid our body of the toxins that our metabolic processes produce. Besides helping rid our systems of waste, water is also an integral part of digestion in providing a medium for the necessary chemical and enzymatic processes to take place. Water carries oxygen and vital nutrients through our blood to all the cells in our body. Water regulates our body’s temperature.

Oftentimes we think we’re hungry when actually we’re just thirsty. The next time you feel hungry try drinking a glass or two of water first. Wait 5-20 minutes. If you’re still hungry, then eat. But there’s a good chance the water might have satisfied your body’s actual craving.

Another secret for losing weight is to drink two glasses of water each morning when you wakeup (before you eat). Likewise, drink a glass of water before every meal. This well help you feel full faster and cause you to eat less overall.

As a general rule, all people should drink a minimum of 10 8 oz. (1 cup) servings of water per day. For every 25 pounds that someone is over their ideal healthy weight range, drink an extra 8 oz. serving.

The only proven way to lose weight and keep it off is by making permanent lifestyle changes. You must eat healthier, watch portion sizes and be active. Even if you choose to use an over-the-counter weight loss product or participate in a weight loss program, the bottom line is that you still must eat fewer calories than you burn to lose weight.

The foods you eat dictate your health.

The input of negative foods alerts the body to produce mucous in order to buffer the acidic presence from delicate tissues and organs. This is the body’s inner wisdom protecting against the mindless operator!Because the bowel is responsible for the absorption of nutrients, the state of its inner terrain is critical for healing to occur. And if that’s not enough, over 134 parasites can exist in the body simultaneously, consequently plugging up the entire alimentary canal. All of this congests the liver, therefore potentially interfering with hormone production. From here, the body once again protects by storing accumulated toxic debris in fat tissue. If this is you, cleansing and detoxifying must accompany your lifestyle and diet changes. The ratio of macronutrients, protein, carbohydrates and fat in the meals you eat is the key to permanent weight loss and optimal health. If you understand and appreciate the basic rules that control the powerful biochemical responses generated by food, you are more likely to achieve optimal wellness.Lose weight at a gradual pace or a loss of, about 1 pound a week; create a 250 - 500 daily calorie deficit for effective long-term weight loss; choose a variety of foods; don’t skip meals; don’t cut calories too low.; eat smaller food portions; eat slowly;drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration. Be aware of the calories from all the food and drinks you swallow. Don’t cut down too much on fat. If you deny yourself your favorite high calorie foods, you are more likely to crave them and finally binge. Occasionally eating these foods can reduce cravings and binges. Remember, no food is taboo. Every food is okay to eat in moderation.

Hello world!

Does this sound familiar? You decide to begin a new diet. Once you begin, you have to either weigh the food you’re going to eat or count calories or portions somehow. You dig out paper and pencil, a food scale, calculator and any other gadgets that go with your new diet plan and you start tracking.

There are tons of diets and weight loss schemes being thrown at you every day. It’s hard to tell which ones work without emptying your wallet in the process. I’m going to put all those fad diets and schemes to rest. There is a way to lose weight quickly and safely. Think of breakfast as a jumpstart to your metabolism, and it was proven that people who eat a healthy breakfast are energized throughout the day, burn more calories and controls late night eating binges.

 2) Weight Training

Weight Training means using heavier weight to tax your body. By taxing your body to a certain point it helps you build lean muscle tissue that tone and slims your body for over all incredible weight loss results.

Most women and some men fear using weights as they fear getting bulky. But actually it should be the least of their worries. Depending on their body type it is very hard to gain a large amount of muscle, and most gains will be lean muscle that will benefit them more than they could imagine.

Just think that every pound of muscle you have on your body take 50 calories a day to maintain it, so the leaner muscle you have the more calories you burn in a day. Another interesting fact about weight training is that your body will have an after burn up to 78 hours after your last workout. training is a must when learning how to lose weight quickly, and remember you are never too old!!!

 3) Sleep

You must wonder why is sleep important for weight loss! I must say when learning how to lose weight quickly, sleep is more vital than ever to relieve stress, have energy, and lose weight.

Sleep loss is shown to affect the secretion of cortisol, a hormone that regulates appetite leading you to feeling hungry and storing fat around your abdomen area. Not only that, but loss of sleep enables your body to metabolize carbohydrates resulting in excess sugar that develops insulin resistance and long story short; your carbohydrates turn into fat. To avoid these side affects it is recommended that you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night.

 4) Drink Water

Most people know that our bodies consist of mostly water and to be exact about 80% water. Then why don’t we base our fluids on drinking mostly water as it is very important in this lesson on how to lose weight quickly?

Try to drink at least ten 8 ounce glasses of water every day and limit your caffeinated and favored liquids that you love so much for awhile. Another tip on how to lose weight quickly is to try drinking a glass or two when you wake up as it will prepare your body for the day ahead of fat burning. If it’s hard for you to limit your other liquids and drink mostly water just do the best you can and remember every thing the water is doing for you.

To lose those unwanted pounds, you simply need to burn off more energy than you acquire from the foods you eat. Period. So seriously, the secret to weight loss is really something you have known all this time right?! You need to change the way you look at food , make a conscious decision to start eating healthy and start exercising daily

       Good luck!
